Amazing customer service!
I recently made a purchase for the first time on their website. I needed some help so I called the store and the staff was so helpful. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and had my order by Tuesday. I will definitely be stopping by the shop if I ever get over to Port Alberni.

I bought a pair of running shoes here and 2 months later, I had blown through the pinky toe area in both shoes. Took them to the ladies and they were INCREDIBLE!!! Immediately exchanged the shoes for a new & different pair that fit my feet & activity needs perfectly. I’m SO impressed with their integrity and honesty… I will always buy my running shoes here!
Today I found the best steel toe boots at Walk the Coast and also experienced very attentive service! They have wonderful shoes and I definitely recommend this store!
